Biography

Bozena Buskovic Kascelan is the Charter Manager at IYC, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role in the high-end yacht charter industry.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Sacramento in the USA, Bozena returned to her native Montenegro, where she began her career in the superyacht sector. Her early roles included work at the prestigious Porto Montenegro marina and her involvement in yacht agency operations and fuel bunkering administration.

She later managed the Montenegro office of a superyacht agency for three years before joining IYC in 2019 as a Sales & Charter Consultant. Since then, she has risen to the position of Charter Manager, renowned for providing world-class service and going the extra mile for clients.

In her current capacity, Bozena leads charter activities from IYC’s Montenegro hub—covering the Adriatic, Mediterranean and global luxury destinations—and is celebrated for her honesty, client-focus and expert knowledge of charter yachts and cruising grounds.
