Biography

Efe Ülken is the founder of Ülken Law Firm, where he provides strategic legal counsel to both domestic and international clients in the fields of corporate, real estate, and maritime law.

With extensive experience in company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and complex maritime disputes, Ülken is recognized for his deep understanding of Turkey’s business and legal landscape. He is also the Vice President of the Antalya Free Zone Business Association, representing one of the most dynamic industrial and maritime regions in Turkey.

He is an active member of the Turkish Corporate Governance Association and the International Bar Association, and regularly contributes to panels and publications on maritime and corporate law.
