The team are skilled in project management, design and engineering, budgeting and planning as well as operations management combined with quality control and in-depth analytical reporting.

We work on behalf of owners, yacht managers, brokers and shipyards and provide advice and services prior to project start and/or throughout their new build and refit projects.

Our status, independent of any individual shipyard, gives us the freedom to make choices that can benefit our customers in terms of cost, time-scales and quality at all stages in the production process.
