RMK Yachts Expands Its Superyacht Vision with New Shipyard Investment and Innovative Yacht Concepts
As one of Türkiye’s most established yacht builders, RMK Yachts is entering a new era defined by dedicated infrastructure, world-class design collaborations and a growing portfolio of forward-thinking superyacht concepts. Supporting this transformation is the company’s investment in a new yacht-focused shipyard in Yalova, a 70,000 sqm waterfront facility designed exclusively for superyacht new-build projects. Scheduled to become fully operational in the second quarter of 2027, the new campus will significantly enhance the shipyard’s production capabilities while reinforcing its long-term commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability.
The latest expression of this vision is Arcane, RMK Yachts’ new 55-meter superyacht series developed in collaboration with renowned design studio Espen Øino International. Comprising the two distinct concepts Arcane Era and Arcane Nova, the project reimagines contemporary onboard living, combining expansive exterior spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor connections and highly innovative layout solutions. Arcane Nova represents the shipyard’s bold new design direction, while Arcane Era reinterprets classic superyacht architecture through a contemporary lens. The project is further distinguished by its integration of the Volvo Penta IPS Professional Platform, which provides greater flexibility in design, enhanced efficiency and optimized use of onboard volume. Notable features include the Piazza®, a reimagined beach club and stern experience; the forward-facing Piazzetta® lounge; the panoramic Love Nest® terrace; and the expansive RMK Jumbo Deck®, creating a collection of innovative spaces that redefine life on board and set a new benchmark within its category.

Earlier in 2026, RMK Yachts unveiled Petra, a 50-meterexplorer yacht series designed with Hot Lab, part of the Viken Group. Conceived as a highly versatile platform, Petra is offered in three distinct versions: Aura, Core and Infinite, each tailored to different ownership styles and cruising ambitions. Combining authentic explorer credentials with elegant Italian design, Petra features a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and long-range transoceanic capability, while the Infinite version further extends the concept with ice-class capability, hybrid propulsion options and expedition-ready features.

The foundations of RMK Yachts’ renewed design language were first introduced through the LIVIA family, developed together with Red Yacht Design. The series comprises the 50-meter LIVIA concept, available in Aura, Core and Infinite versions, as well as LIVIA Plus, a platform developed for superyacht projects exceeding 70 meters.
