Biography

Xavier Perrone brings over a decade of experience in marine technical management and project leadership to his role at Hill Robinson. Born into a family of boat builders, his deep immersion in the marine environment laid the foundation for a career focused on the technical heart of superyacht operations.

Xavier began his yachting career at an MTU/ZF after-sales center in southern France, managing operations, client relations, and emerging services. He then joined Hill Robinson as a Technical Manager, where he oversaw multiple major refits, supported crews, liaised with shipyards and class authorities, and developed systems for energy management and operational resilience.

In his current capacity, Xavier acts as both technical and project liaison, integrating his engineering insight with client and crew collaboration to deliver tailored project solutions. He also plays a key role in analyzing fleet data to drive operational improvements and value across Hill Robinson’s managed yachts.
